Please fill out the below form to reserve your spot for our Chef’s Whiskey Dinner at
Maize + Mash on February 11th at 7:00pm.
Cost is $125 per person + tax and a 20% gratuity.
After submission we will review your information and reach out to you if we have any questions. Your spot will not be officially reserved until you have received a confirmation text from us, typically within a couple days.
Your credit card will not be run until the day of the event and you may use a different payment method at that time. You may cancel within 48 hours of the event by contacting jennifer@maizeandmash.com. Once confirmed, if you do not show up or cancel in time, your card will be run for the total amount on the night of the event.
